On Friday, 9 May 2025, in the evening at 20:10, in Kaunas, on Kuršių street near No. 20, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW X5 3.0D and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
