Toyota Prius hits pedestrians at a crossing on Liepų g., Klaipėda
On Thursday, 13 November 2025, in the morning at 7:30, in Klaipėda, on Liepų street near No. 25, a Toyota Prius hit two pedestrians at a pedestrian crossing. Two people were injured — a 16-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient) and a 16-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 76-year-old driver of the Toyota (37 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
