Opel Astra rolls over in Paneročio village
On Friday, 1 February 2013, in the evening at around 17:00, in Šilalės district municipality, Paneročio village, on the Balsiai–Kaltinėnai–Kražiai regional road (kilometre 0.28), an Opel Astra rolled over. One person was injured — a 4-year-old passenger of the Opel (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Opel (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
