On Monday, 3 June 2013, at night at 0:24, in Skuodo district municipality, Daujotų village, on the Mažeikiai–Skuodas national road (kilometre 46.50), a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Volkswagen LT 55. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Audi (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed and entered the oncoming traffic lane. Both drivers were sober.
