Unlicensed motorcyclist rolls over on the Vijeikiai–Biliakiemis–Kuktiškės road
On Friday, 22 November 2013, at night at 23:55, in Utenos district municipality, on the Vijeikiai–Biliakiemis–Kuktiškės regional road (kilometre 2.15), a Kawasaki ER-5 rolled over.
