On Friday, 11 April 2014, in the evening at 20:39, in Rokiškio district municipality, Pandėlio village, on Biržų street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Seat Leon. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Audi. He was drunk (2.15‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
