Drunk, unlicensed driver's Peda moped rolls over in Dobrasčio village
On Thursday, 24 April 2014, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Raseinių district municipality, Dobrasčio village, on the Bliūdžiai–Vengerskai regional road (kilometre 3.20), a Peda rolled over.
