Drunk, unlicensed Opel Signum driver hits an obstacle on Islandijos highway, Kaunas
On Monday, 26 May 2014, at night at 0:27, in Kaunas, on Islandijos highway, an Opel Signum hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.15‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
