On Saturday, 26 July 2014, in the evening at around 20:00, in Mažeikių district municipality, Ritinės village, on Leininkų street near No. 31, a Minsk rolled over. One person was injured — the 19-year-old driver of the Minsk (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Minsk, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.37‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
