On Sunday, 3 May 2015, in the afternoon at 15:30, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Pandėlys–Kazliškėlis regional road (kilometre 3.90), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Fabia and a Saab 9-3. One person died — a 59-year-old passenger of the Saab (was not wearing a seatbelt). Four people were injured — a 13-year-old passenger of the Skoda (treated as an outpatient), a 15-year-old passenger of the Skoda (treated as an outpatient), a 58-year-old passenger of the Saab (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt) and the 61-year-old driver of the Skoda (hospitalized). The 64-year-old driver of the Saab was drunk (1.55‰) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
