MTZ Belarus-820 tractor and Volkswagen crash on the Seda–Pašilė–Ylakiai road
On Saturday, 15 August 2015, in the afternoon at 11:55, in Skuodo district municipality, on the Seda–Pašilė–Ylakiai regional road (kilometre 19.03), a head-on collision occurred.
