Audi A4 hits a drunk pedestrian at Ozo and Ukmergės streets, Vilnius
On Sunday, 30 August 2015, in the evening at 19:40, in Vilnius, on Ozo street, at the junction with Ukmergės street, an Audi A4 Avant hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person died — a 42-year-old pedestrian (later died from the injuries). The accident was caused by a 42-year-old pedestrian, who failed to obey traffic-control signals. He was drunk (3.07‰ blood alcohol). The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
