Unlicensed Renault driver hits a parked Seat and flees in Vilkyčių village
On Friday, 18 December 2015, in the afternoon at 16:42, in Šilutės district municipality, Vilkyčių village, on Klaipėdos street near No. 31A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
