On Sunday, 12 June 2016, in the evening at 17:23, in Jonavos district municipality, Mimalių village, on Beržų street near No. 1, a Honda Civic hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 60-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
