On Saturday, 22 October 2016, at night at 0:15, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 60.40), a Toyota Sienna hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
