Drunk, unlicensed motorcyclist rolls over on Turgaus square, Telšiai
On Sunday, 1 October 2017, at night at 3:50, in Telšių district municipality, on Turgaus square near No. 4, a Yamaha YAMAHA, rolled over. One person was injured — the 30-year-old driver of the Yamaha (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Yamaha, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.35‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
