On Sunday, 10 December 2017, at night at around 2:00, in Kaunas, on V. Krėvės avenue near No. 51, at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, a BMW 320D hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
