On Sunday, 21 January 2018, in the afternoon at 13:25, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Klaipėda–Liepoja (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 1.40), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Chrysler Town & Country, a Seat Ibiza and a Volkswagen Sharan. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Chrysler (8 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
