Nissan X-Trail and BMW crash on the Šiauliai–Palanga road
On Friday, 13 July 2018, in the afternoon at 11:14, in Telšių district municipality, on the Šiauliai–Palanga main road (kilometre 64.65), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Nissan X-Trail and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Nissan (19 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
