Gilera SMT moped driver flees after hitting a pedestrian on Kaštonų street, Kuršėnai
On Tuesday, 16 October 2018, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Šiaulių district municipality, on Kaštonų street near No. 18, a Gilera SMT hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
