Drunk moped driver hits a parked Nissan on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga road
On Saturday, 22 June 2019, in the afternoon at 14:31, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 20.06), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
