On Sunday, 26 January 2020, in the evening at 19:40, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 165.35), a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Skoda and a Volvo V70. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Volvo (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
