On Tuesday, 16 June 2020, in the evening at 17:11, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Toleikių village, on the Klaipėda–Veiviržėnai–Endriejavas regional road, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D, a Citroen C8 and a Renault. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
