On Tuesday, 23 June 2020, in the morning at 10:05, in Biržų district municipality, on the Grumšliai–Juostaviečiai regional road (kilometre 2.30), a motorcycle rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of a motorcycle, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.58‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
