On Wednesday, 27 January 2021, in the afternoon at 13:21, in Akmenės district municipality, Pašakarnių village, on Pašakarnių street near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Suzuki and a Mercedes-Benz E 300 CDI. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Suzuki (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.04‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
