Unlicensed BMW driver hits an obstacle at Ukmergės and Geležinio Vilko streets, Vilnius
On Friday, 25 June 2021, at night at 4:51, in Vilnius, on Ukmergės street, at the junction with Geležinio Vilko street, a BMW 520 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
