Hit-and-run, unlicensed Audi A4 driver hits an obstacle in Šlepečių village
On Thursday, 26 August 2021, in the morning at around 9:00, in Utenos district municipality, Šlepečių village, on Sodų street, an Audi A4 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet.
