On Sunday, 21 August 2022, in the morning at around 9:00, in Rietavo municipality, on the Rietavas–Žadvainiai–Judrėnai regional road (kilometre 5.20), a Renault Laguna rolled over. One person was injured — the 19-year-old driver of the Renault (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.79‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
