Hit-and-run, unlicensed driver hits an obstacle in Luokės town
On Sunday, 19 March 2023, at night at 1:20, in Telšių district municipality, Luokės town, on the Ramučiai–Vidsodis–Luokė regional road (kilometre 21.40), a car hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of a car, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
