On Sunday, 23 June 2024, in the morning at 6:27, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 65.24), a car ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of a car (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.22‰ blood alcohol).
