E-scooter rider flees after hitting a child in Neringos municipality
On Friday, 28 June 2024, in the evening at 17:18, in Neringos municipality, on Smiltynė-Nida pl. 7, an e-scooter hit a pedestrian away from any crossing and left the scene.
