Ford Mondeo and Audi crash on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas road
On Thursday, 13 February 2025, in the afternoon at 14:43, in Tauragės district municipality, Paverkalnio village, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 123), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Ford Mondeo and an Audi A6. Two people were injured — a 37-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient) and the 41-year-old driver of the Audi (hospitalized).
