Drunk, unlicensed Volkswagen Passat driver runs off the road in Daučionių village

He was drunk (2.13‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. A 37-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen was drunk (2.54‰). A 32-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen was drunk (2.63‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
