On Wednesday, 23 April 2025, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Linkuva–Joniškėlis–Pumpėnai regional road (kilometre 9.30), a Volkswagen Passat hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
