Unlicensed moped driver hits an obstacle in Gaukštonių village
On Sunday, 11 August 2013, at night at 1:45, in Vilniaus district municipality, Gaukštonių village, on the Nemenčinė–Eitminiškės–Paberžė regional road (kilometre 1.07), a moped hit an obstacle.
