On Wednesday, 23 October 2013, in the evening at 19:15, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 9.30), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and an Audi A2. No one was hurt in the accident.
