On Sunday, 9 February 2014, in the morning at 7:47, in Palangos city municipality, on the Palanga–Lazdininkai regional road (kilometre 2.77), a Dacia rolled over. One person was injured — the 29-year-old driver of the Dacia (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Dacia (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.10‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
