Unlicensed Opel driver and two other cars crash on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai road
On Monday, 23 June 2014, in the evening at 18:58, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 42.68), a collision occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra, a Volkswagen Passat and a Honda Civic. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
