Mercedes-Benz and BMW crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Monday, 25 September 2017, in the morning at 9:45, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 120), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz 310 and a BMW 530 D. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (25 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
