Drunk, hit-and-run Opel Frontera driver hits an obstacle in Keblonių village
On Wednesday, 6 December 2017, in the afternoon at 14:55, in Anykščių district municipality, Keblonių village, on Rubikių 5-oji street, an Opel Frontera hit an obstacle.
