On Sunday, 7 October 2018, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Marijampolės municipality, Aleksandravo village, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The accident involved a Volvo FH registered in Estonia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Volvo (45 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
