Drunk Toyota driver flees after hitting a pedestrian in Juodbalių village
On Saturday, 8 December 2018, in the evening at 22:43, in Vilniaus district municipality, Juodbalių village, on Černobylio street near No. 41, a Toyota 4 Runner hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
