Drunk, unlicensed Volkswagen Passat driver hits a parked Nissan on Liepų street, Garliava
On Thursday, 8 August 2019, in the afternoon at 16:24, in Kauno district municipality, on Liepų street near No. 5A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
