Volvo FH12 truck crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Wednesday, 9 October 2019, in the afternoon at 13:05, in Kauno district municipality, Kumpių village, on Verslo street near No. 17, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Volvo FH12 registered in Russia and a Schmitz Cargobull. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 59-year-old driver of the Volvo (27 years of driving experience), who violated vehicle-towing rules. The driver was sober.
