Unlicensed BMW driver hits an obstacle on Vytauto street, Troškūnai
On Friday, 13 March 2020, in the evening at 21:35, in Anykščių district municipality, on Vytauto street, a BMW hit an obstacle. Two people were injured — the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (hospitalized) and a 16-year-old passenger of the BMW (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
