On Sunday, 20 June 2021, at night at 1:30, in Kauno district municipality, on the Kaunas–Marijampolė–Suvalkai (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta k. pusė) main road (kilometre 6.10), a BMW hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the BMW (7 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
