Peugeot Boxer and two other cars crash on the Ukmergė–Raguva–Nevėžis road
On Wednesday, 23 June 2021, in the afternoon at 16:24, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Ukmergė–Raguva–Nevėžis national road (kilometre 37.95), a collision occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Boxer, a Volkswagen, a trailer ≤ 0.75 t and a Volkswagen Caddy. One person was injured — the 68-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Caddy (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Peugeot (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
