On Sunday, 12 June 2022, in the evening at 20:50, in Kauno district municipality, Neveronių village, on Kertupio street near No. 5, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Yamaha YP125R and a Citroen. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Yamaha. He was drunk (1.97‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
