On Thursday, 14 September 2023, at night at 0:30, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 60), a Seat Leon hit an obstacle.
