Unlicensed driver's moped rolls over on the Radviliškis–Pakruojis road
On Sunday, 21 September 2025, in the afternoon at 11:50, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Radviliškis–Pakruojis national road (kilometre 0.83), a moped rolled over. One person was injured — a 17-year-old passenger of a moped (hospitalized, was not wearing a helmet). The accident was caused by the 13-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
